Back to School!

Somehow the summer just slipped away.  Not that we didn't enjoy it -- playdates, trips to cabins on lakes and to cabins on the oceans, 

tons of summer camps (Jenica's first overnight camp was a true hit), fires and marshmallows, a visit with Oma for three weeks were all fantastic.  

 But -- short!  Can't believe we started back to school today. But...

there were whoops and shouts of delight this morning at 6:55AM.  

The girls were so excited to get back to school.

They were even ready early so we could do some pictures that weren't totally rushed and chaotic. 

I think maybe it was all the excitement of starting in a beautiful new school.  

I got, "now let's go and get busy!" Enough pictures!  Time for work!
